Editorial Policy

Our editorial mission

Every page in Daily AI Intel exists to answer one specific question as directly, accurately, and completely as we can. We do not publish content designed primarily to rank in search engines without providing real value to the person reading it.

Content workflow

Every question moves through a fixed set of editorial statuses before it can appear publicly:

  1. Idea — a candidate question is identified and queued.
  2. Generated — an initial structured draft is produced (often AI-assisted) from sources and required sections.
  3. Draft — an editor rewrites and verifies the generated draft.
  4. Needs review — flagged for subject-matter or fact-check review.
  5. Approved — review complete, scheduled for publication.
  6. Published — live on the site.
  7. Outdated — flagged for refresh due to age or a changed fact.
  8. Archived — removed from public listing, retained for records.

Only content with a status of published is ever rendered on a public page.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to accelerate research and first-draft writing. AI-assisted drafts are never published automatically — every page is reviewed by a human editor before publication. Pages touching medical, legal, financial, or cybersecurity decisions carry a disclaimer directing readers to consult a licensed professional; named subject-matter reviewer sign-off is a process we are actively building out and does not yet cover every such page.

Corrections

If you find an error, contact us. Material corrections are reflected in the page's "last updated" date.

Independence

Our editorial judgments are not influenced by affiliate partnerships or advertisers. See our affiliate disclosure for how those relationships are handled and labeled.
